On May 17, 2024, Mr. Daniel Obeng Acquah, a lecturer from the University of Media Arts and Communication – Institute of Journalism (UniMAC-IJ), donated his Timbuktu Series history textbooks to Hark Mount Sinai Senior High School in Akropong, located in Ghana’s Eastern Region.
The donation seeks to enrich the school’s library and provide quality educational resources to all students, with a focus on helping the underprivileged.
Mr. Acquah urged students to develop reading habit to broaden their knowledge and take proper care of the books.
The school’s headmistress, Mrs. Mercy Amoh Darko, praised Mr. Acquah’s generosity and called on others to support education for the betterment of the country’s socio-economic development.
