The Akyem Osiem, Akyem Tafo, and Akyem Kukuratumi Zonal Councils were inaugurated in separate events led by Honorable Alhaji Umar Babs Bodinga and the Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly.
Honorable Alhaji Umar Babs Bodinga, in his address, emphasized the significant developmental projects the Municipality has received from the Nana Akufo-Addo-led NPP administration. He charged the members to work diligently in mobilizing revenue to support the Municipality’s development and consolidate the achievements made thus far.
He urged everyone to support the New Patriotic Party to break the eight (8) year electoral cycle for continuous socio-economic development. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of prioritizing peace as the 2024 general elections approach.
Present at the event were Mr. Emil Tawiah Atsu, Municipal Coordinating Director, Departmental Heads, selected staff of the Assembly, Assembly and Unit Committee Members, Nananom, the general public, and the press.
