Two individuals, identified as Wisdom Sete, a Togolese national, and Yussif Afrim, were apprehended by authorities on Friday, April 19, in Assin Praso, Central Region.
The arrest followed their suspected connection to the death of Naomi Jehubiyah, an American citizen.
According to police reports, initial investigations suggest that Sete, who is believed to have been the victim’s fiancé, conspired with Afrim to commit the crime.
