Addressing a large gathering of supporters at a mini rally in Akyem Asafo, within the Abuakwa South Constituency of the Eastern Region, Dr. Kingsley Agyemang, the Parliamentary Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and Registrar of the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat, made a passionate appeal on August 28, 2024. He called on the people of Abuakwa South to express their gratitude to Vice President and the flag bearer of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia by voting overwhelmingly for him in the upcoming general elections on December 7.
Dr. Agyemang praised Dr. Bawumia as the most innovative and hardworking Vice President Ghana has ever had, highlighting his contributions to the nation’s development. He noted that all 33 policies proposed by Dr. Bawumia to the cabinet during his tenure have yielded positive results, improving the lives of Ghanaians across the country. These achievements, Dr. Agyemang argued, are reason enough for the people of Abuakwa South to vote massively in favor of the NPP to ensure the continuation of these successful initiatives.
Furthermore, Dr. Agyemang encouraged party activists to intensify their campaign efforts, as he has done by visiting every corner of the constituency. He emphasized the importance of securing an overwhelming victory in the December 7th elections, which he believes is crucial for the continued socio-economic development of the country under the leadership of the NPP.
